Fees include 25 % of VAT.

*Registration fees include the Symposium program, hardcopy of the proceedings, welcome buffet, lunches and Gala dinner.

Full Registration/Authors

  • Admission to all technical sessions during the Symposium, 11-13 June

Registration Details

Only pre-registered, pre-paid registrants will be guaranteed access to the event.

Registering On-site
On-site registrants, with payment only, will be admitted on space availability.

Student Registration
A student must be currently enrolled full-time at a University

Participant's List
Please note that all registered delegates will have their name, position, company and email address printed in a participant list. Should you not wish to have your details distributed please notify

Confirmation of Bookings

Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you by e-mail. Please check the confirmation and advise of any alterations immediately.

Payment by credit card: Receipt will be sent by e-mail

Payment by invoice: Invoice will be sent by e-mail. 


Additional Tickets

If you wish to bring a spouse, friend or colleague to the event's networking functions, you will need to purchase an additional ticket for your guest(s). Please note that guest’s may participate in networking activities only and have no access to technical sessions.

  • Congress Dinner – 900 SEK

Cancellation Information

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of registration must be by email only. Refunds will apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before the symposium – Full refund
  • 29 – 15 days before the symposium – Refund (less 1500 SEK administration charge)
  • 14 days or less before the symposium or non-attendance – No refund (no exceptions)

An organisation may send an alternative delegate if registration has been paid and the registered person is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, e-mail
